First, I love CT. Bought my first shirt online 4 years ago and never looked back. I was then thrilled to learn there’s a store front near my apartment, but every time I walk in I’ll get at best a hello from their staff and no follow up. Today I went in needing assistance and was completely ignored for at least 5 minutes while seeing every staff member walk by me. When I did approach someone asking if they have a certain size pant, I got a very reluctant “nope”, as if she had to summon all her energy to even speak to me. Later, I was trying some other clothes in the dressing room and overhead a customer asking what a particular suit is made of, to which the staff member replied “wool”. No kidding it’s wool. Try a little harder on selling the value of this particular kind of wool. I hope this store manager does a better job of training its staff to represent this company better, because honesty I get better customer service from live chatting the online rep. That’s...
Read moreMy first experience with this store was great — I even bought two suits with alterations. Shortly after, I contacted them to request that the trousers not be hemmed, but instead finished with cuffs. Communication was difficult, but after a few days they understood what I wanted, and we agreed I could pick them up on Sunday.
However, when I arrived, I was lectured for changing the alteration request, and told that this was the reason the suits weren’t ready on time. I also asked to exchange some shirts I had ordered online, but the gentleman there said it wasn’t possible — I’d have to return the items first and then repurchase the shirts in a separate transaction. I declined and told them not to waste my time again.
Avoid this store. If you do end up here, ask for Khalon — he’s helpful and customer-focused. This was my last purchase from them. If you’re selling suits, learn to manage...
Read moreI really like the shirts but I don't understand why the sales people are so rude and incompetent. I think the service is bad across all stores as they tend to hire inexperienced people in the clothing service industry but this location was the worst I had seen. I went there to exchange five shirts as the sleeves for too long and the sales associate, without checking the inventory, said that they would need to ship it to me and that they would be charging me $9.99 for shipping. I told him that I was not charged this fee when 4 out of 5 shirts that I bought were delivered to my home address. I think the corporate should do a better job with the training and the sales associates should conduct anger...
