I got a very bad shopping experience in this store, I barely got attention from the sales associates, after like walking around for like 10 minutes inside the store with no attencion at all I had to go after....... even though I bought two pars of shoes they barely looked at my face and gave me the proper attention....plus that, I got the bad luck to get a bad pair of shoes who were tearing apart in a 3 days walk in NY, I went there to return it but they said they could only change for the same model although they didn't have my number , I asked if I could change for another model even if I paid more for a expensiver one but they said it was against their police, that didn't make any sense.
I just think a major brand like Under Armor should have at least a friendly staff, we spend a lot of money with their product this should be the minimum.
