Under Armour — Local services in New York

I got a very bad shopping experience in this store, I barely got attention from the sales associates, after like walking around for like 10 minutes inside the store with no attencion at all I had to go after....... even though I bought two pars of shoes they barely looked at my face and gave me the proper attention....plus that, I got the bad luck to get a bad pair of shoes who were tearing apart in a 3 days walk in NY, I went there to return it but they said they could only change for the same model although they didn't have my number , I asked if I could change for another model even if I paid more for a expensiver one but they said it was against their police, that didn't make any sense.

I just think a major brand like Under Armor should have at least a friendly staff, we spend a lot of money with their product this should be the minimum.

That was my last Under Armor...

i went there one week to exchange an item and they told me i need the credit card i bought it with for the exchange so i came back 2 weeks later and the store manager told me that none of their associates would ever even say that i could exchange something period and that the only thing i could do is return the shoe for sales price at 54$ while the shoe right now was 90$ and that i can not exchange it for a different size they were rude and i wasted my time with them until i gave up and...

It was my first time in the store. I was shopping for some new workout gear. The young lady that helped me was professional, helpful and knowledgeable of the gear in the store. She asked me if I was a "first responder worker" I told her yes...and showed her my work ID. This got me 20% off my purchase. I saved $27 dollars on my purchase. I made my purchase in store number 513 WTC. The associates #351030. I don't remember her name. I will shop there again. Ps...my items...
