3 STARS: First and foremost I am not dismissing Stacey B's talent. She's amazing. I love to give credit where credit is due so that's the 3 stars.

2 STAR: On Sunday, 09/18/22, I received a message reminding me of my hair appt for tomorrow, 09/19/22 at 10:30 AM. It appears automated. On Monday, 09/19/22, I was stuck in traffic in an Uber and I texted her and informed her that I apologize that I will be 10 mins late as I am in traffic. She called me back stating that she did not know that I had an appointment today and she is now in New Jersey with her kids. I completely understood and inquired if I could reschedule which hours later she confirmed that I can meet with her on Wednesday at 6 PM. I unfortunately still had to pay the Uber, fine. On Wednesday, 09/21/22, I texted in the morning stating apologies that I cannot come in and asked if she had any availability either on Sunday or Monday. [I could not come in because I was feeling unwell and was just in the ER recently (I didn't text her this)] - No Response On Thursday, 09/22/22, I texted a follow-up inquiry - No Response. Typical me I start to worry so I think just wait because maybe there is an issue. Saturday, 09/27/22, I sent a DM on Instagram thinking maybe her phone is not working - Message seen; no response.

I felt like I chasing after her. It is definitely hard finding a Black hairstylist and then all of a sudden they drop you like you did something and you're chasing after them. Now I am taking out my own hair because it is overdue and I accidentally cut my own hair because I am still unwell. I honestly hope all is well but a response would have sufficed and this was...

I’ve been here 3 times for hair coloring since July 2023. Each time I got my hair bleached to platinum and colored grey. She charged me $60 the first time which was $15 off being that she was disappointed with how the color came out (and so was I), she gave me a bottle of leave in conditioner spray for the inconvenience. The second time I came, I needed my roots touched up, the color came out perfect, it only took her 2 hours to complete the service, she charged me regular price $75 and left me with a bottle of leave in conditioner spray. This last time I went there I needed my roots touched up again, however I asked for just the bleach to platinum with no extra color. She ended up bleaching the roots and using an extra color that I did not ask for. It also took her over 4 hours and she asked me if I had additional time to stay for a treatment as my hair looked very damaged after all of the processes. After staying for the treatment and my hair not being the color I asked for (platinum blonde) she attempted to charge me $150. When I reminded her of the previous price, she told me she would charge me the same price as before but just add on the treatment (which she explained she wouldn’t charge me for only moments earlier). I ended up paying $120, almost twice as much as I normally pay, for a color that isn’t what I asked for, a treatment I was told would be free, and no bottle of leave in spray … and I will now have to go in and bleach it again...

They are knowledgeable with all hair types and if you are curious or unsure about a certain style. They will provide consultation for you to understand what is best for you.
