BUYER BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS & SCAMMERS!!! I SPOKE WITH IAN OVER THE PHONE THE DAY BEFORE OUR DETAILING SERVICE. I LET HIM KNOW THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR A COMPLETE AND TOTAL DETAILING BOTH INSIDE AND OUT (INCLUDING WAX AND SHAMPOOING OF INTERIOR) WHEN I CAME HOME LATER THAT AFTERNOON AFTER THE JOB WAS PAID FOR BY MY 23 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER I COME TO FIND OUT THAT THEY NEVER EVEN WAXED THE CAR, LEFT A GREASY FILM ON THE FRONT AND REAR WINDOW & ONLY HALF ASS EVEN WASHED THE CAR AS THERE WAS STILL DIRT ON THE CAR. ALL OF THIS AGGRAVATION COST $325 PLUS A $60 TIP!!! THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME SOME PEOPLE DONT WANT WAX….SO I GOT A $325 HALF ASS WASH AND INTERIOR CLEANING. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS!!!! STAY AWAY… SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY...

Absolutely horrible! They sent out a sub contractor whom they told that for the price of $125 that we agreed upon (which was supposed to be a full inside detail with shampooing and the works - because I needed the dog hair and smell from my pups out of my car) would cover only vacuuming and wiping my car down. They told the subcontractor to charge whatever he wanted but to just give them a cut after the job was completed. I called in and told them what happened, and they denied it all. They agreed with me that it should have been a full detail. I waisted my afternoon and did not get what I needed. If this is the way they run their business, with lies and disregard for the customer, then they honestly should be out...
