So I was recently at this location, I was taken care by a very rude lady her name is Lucy. After placing an order I got distracted on the phone I unknowingly sat at one the chair and this lady started screaming at me like I’m a child not to seat on the chair . Which I understood because I know I seat on the chair something that is not allow. However what I did not appreciate was that she started screaming in front of a lot of costumers like I killed someone or something. I felt very embarrassed I feel like this situation could of been address differently . Read moreI am extremely displeased at the service provided at this location. I am a frequent customer of this establishment and I find very hard to believe that I have serviced in such a way. Starbucks coffee is the fuel that drives me after a long day of work to begin my home routine. I visited the Starbucks at the 20th avenue location in college point queens and I was looking forward to order my normal flavored latte and drink it on the drive home. I got the grande praline latte and went on my way home. I opened the cup and what I got was a short latte. Half the beverage was gone and the rest was whipped cream.
