By far one of the most grueling and unbearable experience I’ve had at a restaurant. 2 and a half hours, practically stuck in this place, and we couldn’t do a single thing but wait and hope that our waitress “Desire” would move things quickly, but they didn’t. Me and some friends are out, ready to eat as much wings as we can with their “Endless Boneless Wings for $20” promotion since the first time a week prior went pretty well, and one of them has never been so we’re ready to give them their first experience here… and it starts out better than before. We were seated way faster than before, we got our orders through, drinks, wings, and get them in a reasonable time. Then, for about an hour… an HOUR, our waitress is no where to be seen. Mind you, we’ve been done with our first round 20 minutes in and she is no where, not even helping others so that we can get the chance to ask for another round of wings… NOWHERE, and the restaurant isn’t even busy. She finally comes back and takes our orders of refills for our food and for now 30 more minutes she’s gone. We ask the staff if they can help us with refills, he says “sure”, nothing happens. She shows up with only the round of wings and I ask “can we have another round of drinks please”, she returns that with “What?!” and seeing where this was going my friend had to jump in and firmly gets to the point with us wanting refills. She leaves and it’s another waitress who brings our drinks and mozzarella sticks… which were ordered with the very first round of wings and drinks to only come now, but she was very friendly and it’s clear she was just told to help out since our actual waiter is no where to be seen. Our second and to what we didn’t expect our FINAL round of wings are done and our waitress is nowhere for another 30 minutes. We didn’t end there because we were full, no the time between each round gave us our hunger back easily, no it’s because we realized we’ve been practically stuck here for around 2 hours… so we end it there. We ask for the check when she comes back and she’s gone for… ANOTHER 30 MINUTES! She comes back not only without our check, but tells us… “oh I totally forgot about you guys, I thought all my tables were closed”… WHAT? I’m sorry I can understand if your busy and you have to get others first, but your not because the restaurant is not packed, but you forget a table that you’ve been serving and only remember us because we go out of our way to call you for our check that we already asked for. Guess what… ANOTHER 30 minutes and she FINALLY has our checks. We leave and just to add something because it still happened, we had asked for a round of water when we ask for the check the first time and even she suggests… “would you like them to go” and we go “that’s perfect, thank you”… those never came and we didn’t bother since that probably would have taken another 30 minutes. We entered at 3:30 pm and left at around 6 pm for two rounds of wings. This felt like a test on how much the staff could make customers wait before they have to ask again. My husband and I recently visited your Buffalo Wild Wings location on Friday, May 24, 2024. As avid fans of your establishment, we were excited to dine at your restaurant, especially since it was conveniently located near our hotel. However, our experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring several issues to your attention.
Upon our arrival, we were dismayed to find the restaurant in a state of disarray. The cleanliness of the establishment was severely lacking, which was immediately noticeable upon opening the door. Despite my husband's suggestion to sit at the bar, I adamantly refused due to the uncleanliness.
After relocating to another table, we encountered further disappointment when our server completely ignored us. Despite our attempts to flag down a server, it wasn't until my husband approached one that we received any attention. We were informed that the section was closed and instructed to return to the front and wait for a hostess.
At the bar, the young lady working May 25, 2024 night shift before closing displayed appalling rudeness. She failed to acknowledge our presence and instead proceeded to the kitchen without a word. Frustrated by the lack of service, my husband ventured to the kitchen to inquire about staffing. Recognizing the futility of the situation, I suggested we return to the front and wait as instructed.
Unfortunately, even this proved to be a futile exercise, as we waited for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Despite observing numerous workers passing by, no one took the initiative to assist us. It became abundantly clear that our patronage was not valued, and the level of customer service we experienced was abysmal.
Furthermore, the absence of a manager or supervisor on site was concerning, especially given the evident issues with cleanliness and service. It is disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic hygiene standards.
After reflecting on our experience and reading reviews of your establishment, it is apparent that our decision to leave was the most prudent course of action. I implore you to address these issues promptly to prevent further dissatisfaction among your patrons.
In conclusion, I hope that our feedback serves as a catalyst for improvement within your establishment. We genuinely enjoy dining at Buffalo Wild Wings and would like to continue doing so in the future, provided that the necessary changes are made to ensure a positive dining experience.

Read moreMy server had 0 work ethic, and couldn't display any more disinterest in us. He never even asked how the food came out. I'll tell you how it came out, COLD. For a party of 2 with only 4 tables occupied in the restaurant at the time, that's awful. Even with the QR code to order and pay, our order still wasn't right. We had to call over our server to remind him that we had ordered fries. By the time the fries came out my spouse had already finished her wings. Ketchup was never offered to us, nor was there any on our table. Instead of waiting to ask for help again, we elected to grab a bottle from another table on our own. I couldn't even end this tragedy of an experience at my own volition because I had to wait until the very end for the server to "check my ID", well after we had already drank alcoholic beverages and had our used plateware taken away. We weren't the only ones either, as the young couple next to us had a similar issue in attempting to pay.
The hostess was about as useful as an empty napkin holder. When we walked in she basically leapt away from the podium in what one would assume was an effort to avoid doing work. Further proved to us as we waited for our food, as we got to watch and hear her have a phone conversation in the corridor between the main seating area and the to-go counter. There she talked on her phone via a wireless earpiece for about 20 minutes as we observed other patrons wait to be seated. Another patron at the bar went tell her that people were waiting for help - and she waved her off to continue talking on the phone.
When those poor patrons were finally seated, they too were greeted by the same 0 work ethic server that we had. They sat for about 10 minutes with no help, and caught the hostess attention. The hostess being too busy avoiding work further told them that she's too busy, doing what I don't know, and told them to wait for the server. We watched those patrons, fed up with everything, set their toddler back in their stroller and leave.
The only person we saw do any actual work and put effort in was the woman behind the bar. I honestly wish we had seated ourselves there instead. We watched her very quickly address the people who seated at the bartop. Any orders placed, she took with a pen on a pad and did not force anyone to use a QR code.
