I purchased a large cookware set that included utensils and baking supplies (cake pans and cookie sheet). Upon opening set, the large cookie sheet was rusted out preventing my ability to use. I contacted company via email and spoke with a representative who asked for pictures and receipt which I gave him and he the said they would take care of it and asked for shipping address which I also gave. 2 weeks later I emailed him again asking for status and got no response. I tried the next day as well with no response. I contacted them via email again exactly a month later and no response again. I have tried calling company almost daily and it rings and rings for customer service and then states “ mailbox is full and no other messages will be recorded” then hangs up. I have also contacted the BBB regarding this since it is now almost 2 months since I originally spoke to someone and have received nothing not even a response from the company. I purchased two separate orders from them and both times the items purchased were not fulfilled. I tried to contact their customer service (which was dreadfully slow to respond and went several days between responses) to get the items I had purchased and was told the products advertised on their site were not available and I had to pay to ship them back for a refund.
