CVS Pharmacy — Local services in New York

So I'm about to enter the cvs to pick up my prescriptions and buy some deodorant. Before I enter I see the security guard I smile politely and just looks me up and down and shake his head. So right there that's racial profiling. As i enter the store there is a camera TV pointing to the art the entrance so I see him striking right after me entering. I used to work at Walgreens so I know when I'm being followed because he suspects me as a potential their which I'm not. So I make my way to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine and he's observing me from the corner. I finish that and head to the aisle to get what I needed he bumps into me and keeps on walking. Then I ask for help to get the item and head towards check out now it's the security and the a manager there watching me to make sure I pay for an item. In May 2018, they made me wait four days before telling me they could not obtain from the manufacturer a supply of a stimulant I had been buying from them for probably 15 years. They should have let me know immediately. I had ordered the refill two days before I ran out, so I had to suffer the third and fourth days without my prescription. Again, when I was hospitalized with a serious intestinal infection in 2011, they didn't have the prescription I needed, and I had to go elsewhere. Another time, they didn't have skim milk for maybe a month or more. What is wrong...

I was getting a flu shot. Ironically, the clerk working in the pharmacy who handled my appointment registration and had to touch my personal items was sick with heavy cold symptoms (admitted herself too) and was NOT wearing a mask. Think about how many elders and weak people go there everyday and this is very irresponsible and unprofessional.

On top of that, the usual slow and unresponsive service with other clerks talking and complaining about each other in the background…...
