WARNING: DON'T COME HERE if you are going to do anything related to home intetnet 5G service. I will give a -10 if possible. The service here is extremely poor, way below what you can imagine. The worst part is that the staffs are very dismissive, rude and haughty, and wasn't willing to help. They will just ask you to call customer service, even if I already told them the customer service can't help with it and that's why I come all the way to visit the store in person. They don't care! They insisted you to call customer service anyway, with a cold face. I mean, as a customer, if the online customer service can't help, the only way out is to visit the store in person. But the staff here is very cruel and don't even care! This leave us in a very helpless situation.
So I visit another Verizon store, and then I realize this store is just a agent, not the official Verizon store! No wonder they dont care. My problem got solved effectively with a very friendly attitude in the official store. What a huge relieve!
Honestly, I'd rather this agent store doesn't exist. They don't really want to help Verizon customer. For us as customer, the existence of this store that appears as "Verizon store" is more like a trap that not only help you but get you into a series of intense disrespectful mistreatment. It's totally a waste of time and a lot of emotional cost to deal...
Read moreThe guy working at this Verizon store (6/7/23 around 2 PM) was totally unhelpful and I think he was misinformed on the guidance he gave me. I originally bought an iPhone 12 from Verizon and recently lost and replaced the device through AppleCare+ (AIG). I couldn't activate the eSIM on my own because the replacement phone was carrier-locked by Verizon when I received it. The error notification when I tried to activate it literally instructed me to go to a Verizon store. Yet the guy told me that I had to go to Apple because I replaced the phone through Apple's insurance plan even though the device was carrier locked by my carrier (duh), not Apple. Anyway, the guy was pretty dismissive and curt the whole time even though his explanation didn't make sense. I went to the Apple store nearby and multiple people confirmed that Verizon needed to unlock and activate the phone. They looked up the device in their system and confirmed it was a Verizon lock policy. They even gave me a physical SIM card, walked me through the activation process, and looked up the nearest flagship Verizon store to go to unlock/activate it. The difference in service was...
Read moreBest experience at Verizon with Monty. I have been using Verizon since ‘99 and it has never been this pleasant. First I got myself a new phone which took less than 20 minute (besides redownloading all of my data.) then a few days later I brought my mom to finally get a new phone there. She has been down right refusing to upgrade because she doesn’t understand the cloud and doesn’t want to loose all of her sentimental photos and videos. Monty was the guy to help! When I got my new phone it took 10 minutes (since I knew what I wanted,) and with my mom he was patient explained every step and let her enter all of her passwords even her lock screen so she would feel comfortable working with him. She was so happy! We finally left and she hadn’t connected her email. She called Monty the next day and he walked her through it over the phone.... seriously!?!? I wouldn’t have even done that and she’s my own mom! This guy is awesome and if you need to upgrade your plan or switch to Verizon....
