!!!!!!!!!!!!Customers please read this review to the very end!!!!!!!!
Very rude staff. Felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there. Only a few pieces were nice (traditional palestinian thobes), everything else was poor quality. I felt judged the entire time I shopped and tried on clothing items. They look at you as if you cannot afford their items. I wanted to shop more but their attitudes strayed me away and made me not want to give them my business. I will not be coming here again. The workers were also talking about me behind my back. This is not how an islamic fashion store should be run. Have kindness and respect towards your patients for the sake of Allah.
Edit: following up on this after the store has replied claiming that my review is false I am also Muslim and would never write a false review nor waste my time doing so. As you can see in other comments written by other customers, I was not the only one who had this experience. My review was in regard to the older hijabi woman running the store and I believe her husband. I did not interact with the young men at the cashier nor the young non hijabi lady who was also assisting customers. Perhaps they treat their customers differently. Nonetheless, this review is an honest review of MY experience and how I felt. I also did not like how the woman and her husband I believe were treating another yemeni man and his young daughter who were EID shopping and wanted to face time their family for advice. The looks of the women were nasty, the words of the man were rude and the environment was unwelcoming. Plain rude behaviour that is unneeded and excessive. I will not be coming here again and will be spending my money elsewhere. I encourage all current or new customers to visit the store and see with their own eyes. EDIT: as you can see, several 5 star reviews have been written after my comment within the same hour. Ironically all the new reviews mention the costumer serviceâŠsomething I pointed out which brought their rating down. Clearly this place is writing their own reviews to up their rating. Haram to deceive people and lie just to get customers. Nonetheless, people will waste their time visiting this store based on the fake reviews and then leave empty handed after seeing the truth....
Read moreI visited this store a few days ago, and unfortunately, I wonât be returning. The customer service was extremely unwelcomingâthe owners, a man and woman, were rude and made me feel uncomfortable. It seems to be a family-run business, as there was also a young girl working there who had the same unfriendly attitude and never once smiled.
Additionally, I found it off-putting that they assumed they didnât have my size without even checking, which came across as rude and dismissive. The overall atmosphere felt negative, and I found it odd that they donât allow customers to take pictures of the clothing. It just seemed unnecessarily secretive.
After reading similar reviews, I now realize my experience wasnât an isolated one. I wouldnât recommend...
Read moreI really appreciate how this store blends clothing styles from different cultures â from traditional Palestinian pieces to other modest fashion influences, thereâs such a great variety. Itâs rare to find a place that celebrates so much cultural diversity in such an elegant way.
What I love most is how welcoming the environment is. I bring my mother and sister here to shop, and we all feel respected and comfortable every time. The staff are kind, professional, and make everyone feel valued, no matter their background or ethnicity.
The quality of the clothing is also top-tier. You can tell a lot of care goes into selecting and presenting well-made, long-lasting pieces. This has definitely become my familyâs go-to spot for...
