This is the worst place you could ever go to and the worst experience someone could have. I had not been mistreated and offended as much as I was at this place. The owner of the place at the beginning seems nice but wait until .something wrong happens. I had been going to this place for the past couple of months although I was hardly happy with my nails because it was close by. Refills last less than two weeks and do not look that good where at other places they can last for three weeks and even more. By the way I always paid very good tips. What happened was after waiting for a little more than an hour, one of the ladies came to work on my nails. She then could not separate the loose acrylic from my real nail no matter how hard she tried and she became more forceful and failing to do it. She tried even using her hands and she almost peeled my nail from my finger itself. I have had it done many times before with minimal effort, without any problems and with no damages in other salons. Her repeated trials attracted the attention of people that were getting their nails done especially the woman sitting next to me. She could tell that something bad will happen. The owner said that she would come and do it herself but said something different to the worker in their language that made her continue to try. The woman next to me kept telling me repeatedly to make her use a thin card like a metro card to separate them. The worker did not take her opinion and continued her aggressive endeavors until she hurt me real bad, that I had to pull my hand away immediately and felt so much pain. She knew she hurt me and I could see it on her face. All I said without even raising my voice, why, I had pleaded with you to listen to the lady’s suggestion. All nail salons use this trick. The tool that she was using went directly into my flesh. The owner instead of apologizing looked at me and said that I don’t see a problem. Other customers were surprised and speechless. I said quietly but I was really hurt. She said while frowning at me and without even checking, there is nothing wrong with you. I asked her do you want to see me bleeding to believe me? She said well “beauty is painful!!! Plus we are not going to do your nails”. I said what? My nail was disfigured and needed instant repair. The lady who hurt me seemed ashamed about what had happened and was ready to continue her work. She had an apologetic look on her face but the owner ordered her not to continue and said to me “you are upset anyways, why would we make your nails?!!!” She went on to say “No one here will help you”. I asked is this a way you treat a customer? Instead of apologizing you say you will not even finish what you started?” She gave me an evil look and said that she had no comment. And ordered the worker not to do my nails. She knew it was already approaching 8:00 pm and all other salons will be closed. This meant I would leave with my nails all messed up because she stopped in the middle. The other customers were in disbelief and looked at me with a lot of empathy but couldn’t speak because of her horrifying rudeness.zI went to another salon who agreed to save the disfigured nail and looked at my hands and said this too bad, too bad. I held my tears and didn’t know what to say. I had never had such a horrible experience in any beauty salon that I had been to in my life. I will not forget how I left this place in total humiliation...

This place is honestly amazing idc wat anyone says fay and her workers r so nice n kind to everyone I have been to this place for a lot now. U just have to be respectful of wat u see this is a salon on 5ave so don’t expect to walk into a Castle ya the place is kind of dirty n not organized but the work they do is fascinating nails/eyebrows u just have to make them feel comfortable like it not gonna walk out without paying that’s y they ask u to pay before getting anything done. If I was the owner of any place I would honestly do the same because I can’t trust anyone here it’s 5ave people don’t expect anything that will amaze ur eyes so just go wit wat u have because other people cant even afford going to...

Fay is absolutely WONFERFUL! She is so sweet and super helpful, everyone else there is super nice as well! The only thing that still confused me is that sometimes 3 people are working on your nails, and its hard to give tip to all of them at the end! Lol and when doing acrylic they can be more better, my nails always look lumpy and the paint chips easily, i still come for pedicure and brows, the environment is...
