Dog Days and Cat Nights — Local services in New York

Took my puppy a poodle to get grooming there for the first time. When I pick him up and got him home I notices he was shaking him head a lot. Being it was his first cut I don't pay mind till the next morning he kept on and I went to check his ears it ears he has a lot of blood and red in both ears. I went to the the pet shop bought ear drop. I called the grooming to let them know and the first time they said "we didn't give him a ear infection". I wasn't looking for no hand out I just wanted to let them know they let a lot of water go in his ear when they bath him and that what cause the ear infection. At last apology would of been nice and it wouldn't happen again but no they keep saying they didn't do it. I know how my dog when in. He was perfectly fine. He has the issue as soon as he came home. Now I have a vet bill plus what I paid for the grooming and ear drop. Never...

We just brought our dog home from Dog Days and Cat Nights and later found blood all over our home. Whoever clipped her nails cut right into the quick and the cut is so deep they probably hit the nerve. Furthermore when we picked up our little two year old 17 pound Westie, the person transferring her to us had the nerve to say "she's impossible" - yet the fool never bandaged her paw nor notified us and thus exposed her to infection. In addition, since we were never notified we now have blood stains everywhere - furniture, carpet, clothing - and the wound must have opened once she was running around. The person doing the clipping was clearly incompetent and / or poorly...

Been going to this place since they were only charging people 50$ per cat for a lion cut, now I guess they’re trying to keep up with the prices as all the other grooming stores. Aside Fromm the 5 cats that I used to bring in to get groomed I had referred 4 other people to this place that are active customers. When I left a message with a girl to ask her about the owner of the store to give me a call back she gave me the generic “yeah he’s around I’ll give him the message” , I still have yet to get a call back. I guess this place only cares about your money instead of customer satisfaction , I will be looking for a new place and taking those referrals...
