I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited this nail salon hoping for a relaxing, polished manicure – but unfortunately, it was anything but that. From the start, the technician seemed rushed and distracted. She barely prepped my nails, and the cuticle work was uneven and careless. The polish application was even worse – thick in some places, streaky in others, and clearly not dry before the next layer was applied. I left with polish on my skin, uneven edges, and smudges that looked like I had done them myself at home… in a hurry. What bothered me most was the lack of care or correction when I pointed it out. Instead of fixing the issues, she brushed it off and said it would ā€œeven outā€ as it dried – spoiler: it didn’t. I hate feeling like I wasted time and money, but that’s exactly how I left feeling. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re okay paying for a rushed, messy job. There are too many salons out there doing great work to settle for this.

Today I decided to go to Four Seasons Nail Spa formerly known as 118 Diva Nail and spa. I was warmly received and welcomed, I asked for a regular pedicure, but they also let me know there were Spa Pedi options too so I went with a Lavender one, it was a bit extra, but I said treat yourself girl. Enno did my pedicure, she was wonderful, very gentle, focused and cared about my overall experience. They do great massages too foot and back. After my awesome pedicure, I decided to soak off my acrylics and go with a natural manicure. Enno did a fantastic job. As I was getting manicure done, the new owner came by and saw me, to my delight is was Ada, one of my favorite people who used to work along with the previous owner. It had been a while since I had seen her and I was so happy to, she always had a friendly and bright spirit and such positive energy and it shows the same in her establishment and her staff thank you Ada. I will be back. Go check them out!

The staff here are incredibly sweet, generous, and genuinely welcoming—I always feel so cared for when I walk in. The atmosphere is clean, peaceful, and never rushed, which makes every visit feel like a much-needed reset. Their pedicure packages are absolutely worth exploring—each one offers something special and indulgent, from massages to scrubs and soothing masks. I also love their UV gel manicures: the colors are gorgeous, the application is flawless, and the finish is so sturdy and long-lasting without feeling heavy. The first picture is 3 weeks after! I get compliments all the time. The attention to detail, the relaxing ambiance, and the consistent quality of service keep me coming back. I truly love spending time here—it’s one of my happy places! Highly recommend!! šŸ„°šŸ’•āœØ

I don’t recommend this place. And I’m not someone who does reviews but forreal don’t come here. 60 for a pedicure Including gel 1 solid color……. The lady didn’t even clean my toes the way she was suppose too I feel like it was rushed . I had to tell her how to make both big toes the same size …. One was shorter than the other. She didn’t ask if I wanted round shape or square … I had to tell her square it off pls. And the nail polish was patchy, I didn’t wanna complain cause it was 9:30am I wasn’t trying to work self up and make a scene so early the morning. I use to go to 111 and Jamaica for a pedicure paid 35$ for pedicure GEL FRENCH DESIGN. And it was a 1hr 25min work and faithfully proudly I tipped my nail lady cause she did immaculate work. This lady asked me for a tip … girl for what you didn’t go good. So I had her keep my change of $2 cause ??? I’m confused. I’ve had better service than this. And as soon as I get hope I noticed my big was already been chipped …HOW if I had socks on. It’s cause she passed the filer again after the gel was cured. Omg I’m livid I’m freaking livid. I gave them a chance and wow. Waste of time and money. And honestly I should of known cause every time I walk my dog around there it was empty 24/7. And trust me I’m not picky as others I’m easily to satisfy and I...

I heard this location had new ownership so I thought I would give it a try as my experience with Diva nails was not good. Ada was nice and gave me a gel powder manicure which was mediocre. Anik, gave me a horrible pedicure. I can honestly say that in the 40 years of getting pedicures this won the prize of all time worst. At the end of the pedicure I requested that they take off the nail polish and I would do it at home because she put it on so thick there was no way it was going to dry. It was literally running over the side. Michael saw what was going on and was very professional. He came over and cleaned the nail polish off my toes. He kindly redid the polish application, and I could tell that he was annoyed by what she did as well.I believe the young girl was just not properly trained and needs more training. The place is dirty as well. I will not be returning. I will be driving over to Astoria where Wellshow nail salon is impeccably clean. Uses sterilized and disposable products for each person and has a guarantee on their service. I will never...
