I’ve purchased three pieces from Don Chrono, and the quality of the jewelry is outstanding. Every time I had an issue arise, they were quick to resolve it, which shows their commitment to standing behind their products. However, there is room for improvement in shipping and customer service. While the products are top-tier, quicker and more responsive service would take the experience to the next level. Overall, I’m satisfied with the pieces I’ve received and appreciate their efforts in resolving issues promptly.
