Henry the Vietnamese owner the worst in customer service. Trouble place I been buying from there for a long time despite the fact. They over priced and nasty to other ethnicity. they tell people to write a good reviews for a freebie or a discount. I pay no matter the price any where. I used several wine stores places for holiday gift and occasions. This by far the worst place stay away. The owner try to educate about buying and wrapping the bottle for me. Telling me how much wrapping paper and it cost money. Out of the blue . Telling me that it cost money & his giving me gift paper wrapping for free. I didn't ask neither I care for the price. Paid $78.32 and I don't care if i pay for wrapping. I tell him to shut his mouth. Any other wine place gladly will take my purchase. Little than this potty mouth "Henry" that I work in all liquor companies and I know the prices. Also my family own 3 liquor store in NJ. I was just buying Christmas gifts to friends and co worker. Horrible service and horrible person him and his wife always. Go a different place to...
Read moreThis was my go-to because it is close, has lots of parking, and a good selection. I typically grab my usual and I am in and out but this time I took a little longer picking out some wine because I was hosting some guests and he told me to hurry it up because he wanted to close early.
The hours listed on google for Sundays are 12-7:30PM. I was there at 7PM and at 7:05 he told me to "hurry it up". Looking back I should have just left but I quickly grabbed 2 bottles and all throughout checkout he complained about having a slow afternoon and how people always take longer when he wanted to close.
I'm sorry you had a slow day, but cut me some slack. I'm a regular at your store and I've spent over $200 the last 2 months and the one time I take a little longer you rush me because you want to close early? You used to be my first choice but I will only be going to your store from now on out of...
Read morePROS: Lots of parking. I was greeted when I entered.
CONS: I was browsing wines and even though there was abundant staff, no one offered any help (I wanted to buy a case to give to the guys who work at my apartment, but I guess I’ll go to my regular place on Long Island). So I moved to the scotch/bourbon section. Still no offer for help and worse than that there were signs admonishing that customers were not allowed to use cellphones or cameras. I guess they don’t want people to comparison shop. To me this was proof positive that my money would be better...
