Dango Chicken — Restaurant in New York

Second,I just want to say something when I watch the last comment.I guess the customer was placed order from the grubhub. At that time, we were crazy busy.So we confirm the customer to pick up the order after 30 minutes.More than 10 people were waiting for their order，I just try my best let people get their order as soon as possible.When I was making milk tea, a woman suddenly asked me if her order was ready ，the voice from the other side（She didn't line up at the front desk. I just thought it was a little bit rude）. She gave me her name, I check the app,we still have 15-16 mins，So I told her it would take 10 more minutes. I didn't annoyed. I just was too busy to speak in a hurry. I noticed that she was a little unhappy and impatient when she heard her order was not ready.So I made her order first.I was a little shocked when I read the last comment.After thinking for a long time, It necessary for me to explain things clearly. I have been raving about this fried chicken place to all my place. It was so delicious and absolutely exceeded any expectations I had. My family got the lemon pepper, matcha, Grandma, and jalapeño mayo flavors and we all really enjoyed eating the chicken. We got half orders, which felt like plentiful. I think our universal favorite was the lemon pepper (I cannot emphasize how delicious this was. I wish I was eating it right now. If you have never had a good lemon pepper fried chicken, run to this spot). My rankings after that were Grandma, matcha, and jalapeño mayo, but each member of my family had disagreement over what their #2-4 was. My brother put the matcha at the 2nd - don't be discouraged by my shoddy photos, this was a fun sweet flavor and I would def get again. The worker at the counter said the Grandma was one of the most popular flavors and I totally see why - it has a sweetness and spice and probably some delicious five spice, and I loved it. I was so full after this meal but I still wanted to keep eating but it was so good.

This was maybe my second or third time ordering here. I’ve always passed the restaurant and thought nothing of it until someone wanted bubble tea and asked to go here. That was my first time stepping into Dango. I didn’t realize there was food. I have to say: hands down best customer service ever. The honey pineapple chicken was my favorite. I always add extra rice cake with it. Their rice dishes are great too. For the price, you do get a lot of food. I haven’t tried everything on the menu but from what I have tried, I can’t say anything bad about anything I’ve ordered. I’ll always go back for that honey pineapple chicken but do give their other dishes a try. Want a little mild or spicy? They got that too for their grandma chicken. They are my go-to for...
