04/02/2021 = 4/5 star experience (9am, Friday). It's a busy location! Multiple people in and out during 10 mins of my stay here. Got an entire tiramisu cake. Ate it 3 hrs after purchase. It felt a little frozen inside (it was kinda... crunchy? - like sorbet) so I felt like it wasn't made the day of. But it still was delicious. After keeping it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours, it wasn't "crunchy" anymore, and it somehow tasted even better. Side note: It tastes similar to tiramisu but it's not real tiramisu. 03/2021 = 2/5 star experience. Normally, I'm like Paris Baguette because the quality of food is usually similar at all branches. But this specific visit to this specific branch was 2/5 stars. (disclaimer: this was my first visit in this branch. And I purchased Tiramisu King Creme Donut for the first time) Summary: Visit was during lunch time. There weren't a lot of options for food. Cashier was slow and unresponsive. And Tiramisu King Creme Donut sucked, especially for $3.79! Grrr! Visit: I brought my items to the cashier and they were packed in 2 bags. Paid, and the bags were being handed to me when the cashier stopped dead in her tracks and, WITHOUT A WORD OF EXPLANATION (even though I asked her what's going on), held onto 2nd bag and got another person to help out. Apparently the cashier missed to charge for an item, and doing another transaction. It seemed like she was very new to the job (didn't know which item was which, or how to ring them up), but was slow at her job and did not explain the situation to the customer. This is bad customer service and I was subsequently late to a meeting. Tiramisu king creme donut: I never had this donut at any other Paris Baguette branches. This was my first try. This SUCKED. The bread part was greasy like Paris Baguette cronut (which I like) and the creme was only in the center row (not even all the way in). I don't think Paris Baguette should call this "Tiramisu King Creme donut". And I will never get this ever again. Still. Leaving 2 stars because at least it was open, clean and was following the COVID-19 safety rules.

We spent the day driving around the north shore area looking at the sites. On the way home, we stopped at this Paris Baguette for a late lunch. It is in an older small strip center right off the highway. We were able to park in front which is limited but I believe they have more parking behind the store. Today we had sandwiches - chicken salad and then a ham/cheese baguette. Both tasted fresh and were delicious. And their great coffee of course. All staff were very friendly. They have two bathrooms I believe. The one I used needs a bit of cleaning but everything else was great.

I'm a big fan of Paris Baguette. Been buying birthday cakes for my wife and son every year. I live in Little Neck and so hyped to hear a new location opened within a mile. This is so convenient to us to walk to, don't need to drive to Bayside anymore. I'm hoping all staffs here are friendly and willing to write birthday message tags like Bayside. Look forward to visit often!

Paris Baguette is undoubtedly one of my favorite branches, and it consistently exceeds my expectations. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by an inviting aroma of freshly baked goods, a warm ambiance, and the friendly smiles of the associates. The staff at this location are particularly noteworthy; they are always friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.

The customer care at Paris Baguette is exceptional. On multiple visits, I have experienced the staff going above and beyond to assist with my orders, provide recommendations, and ensure that my needs are met promptly. Whether it’s a busy morning rush or a leisurely afternoon visit, the associates handle everything with grace and efficiency. Their friendliness makes each visit feel personal and welcoming, which is a significant factor in my loyalty to this branch.

The store itself is always clean and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the establishment is evident in every corner, from the spotless floors to the neatly arranged displays of pastries, cakes, and breads. This attention to detail reflects the high standards of the branch and contributes to the overall pleasant experience. The seating area is comfortable and well-organized, providing a cozy environment to enjoy your treats.

Paris Baguette offers a wide variety of delectable items, from classic croissants and danishes to more unique offerings like their signature cakes and savory sandwiches. Each item is crafted with care and quality, ensuring a delightful taste with every bite. The freshness of the ingredients and the skillful preparation make it a standout choice for anyone looking for a satisfying bakery experience.

In summary, this Paris Baguette branch is a shining example of excellent customer service, cleanliness, and high-quality products. The friendly and helpful associates, exceptional customer care, and well-maintained store create a delightful experience that keeps me coming back. Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee and pastry or planning to indulge in a special treat, this branch will not disappoint. Highly...

Definitely was excited to see a Paris Baguette open in a burnt out row of stores along Horace Harding expressway in Little Neck especially since it’s minutes from my house. I will definitely make time to stop in.

Today in the mail I received a welcome card inviting new customers in to have a free coffee or a small discount on a piece of cake. I was thrilled and decided to go and try out the coffee. I walk in abs yes the place is clean and the food looks very pretty but the customer service is cold and doesn’t make you want to go back.

I only went in for a small coffee and decided to use the free coupon but when I handed it to the man behind the counter, he gave me a look of ( you’re not going to buy anything else?). I am fully aware that businesses rely on people spending money after going in with a free coupon but I don’t typically eat sweets. Here’s the part that totally turned me off and I Weill never go back. I asked for the coffee with milk and then I politely asked do you have oat milk which is becoming more common these days. He said I will have to charge you 70 cents for the oat milk in your free coffee ? I thought this store go do better when they are trying to win people over and want them...
