The place smells like a sewer, it was so unpleasant. I went in for a regular manicure, and instead of hand buffing my nails with the block, the tech used the machines that you would typically use with artificial nails, gel polish etc. I didn't think anything of it, but the next day the polish started to chip and my nails were so weak, breaking every day. I don't know if he used the machines absent mindedly because he probably does more of those then natural nails, or he was just trying to save time and cut corners. After 2 weeks of filing my nails that were like paper, I had to suck it up and cut all of my nails short. I have been coming here for a couple of months and they were kind and accommodating. The gel manicure didn’t last much longer than a week but because I am a nurse, I attributed it to constant hand hygiene.

At my last nail appointment, I switch to powdered gel manicure to strengthen my nails. After 4 days my nails began chipping & literally breaking. I went back to ask them to fix the two nails that weren’t done properly & I was told I would have to pay. I explained that the expectation was that Powdered gel manicures generally last at least 3 weeks & that I shouldn’t be obligated to pay for a shoddy job. They refused to fix it for free.

Horrible service. I paid 30$ for a pedicure because I wanted a 10minute massage. I asked the woman several times to put more pressure because I couldn't feel anything. I realized she didn't understand me so I politely asked the owners wife and she ignored me! Three attempts later I decided to ask her husband the owner and he ignored me!
