3 years ago this was a great store. Now it's practically deserted and the employees all come from the same culture. If your not from their part of their culture they don't want you there. My husband and I are a mixed couple. I tried last week to put money on my debit card and the register person wouldn't press the right buttons to process my payment and I know it's was on purpose...4 times. So I left. Today I took my OTC card there. Same culture at checkout. First she said one item was not covered. I know my OTC card and what im allowed to get. So I shugged the item off and replaced it with a bottle of Multivitamins. She lied and said oh your vitamins are not going through either. BLATANT LIE. OTC cards have always focused on vitamins and over the counter medicine ! How dare you treat us like that?! I approached the manager and told him in a professional manner but loud so everyone in line could hear. I told him about his store ( which has almost nothing on the shelves ) how we were treated by the racist employees at the checkout counter and I told him his store SUCKS. I kept it professional but loud and half the people in the line shook there head up and down confirming they felt the same way. This store needs to be tore down. It's current manager has run into the ground. It's racist employees need to be fired and never ever rehired. This is my experience. So if your Caucasian or African American I would avoid this store...

The line for the pharmacy is always endless and service is always inexcusably slow - but the real kicker is the fact that they refuse to answer the phone. I have spent countless hours on hold with them; even have had to dial random extensions just to get ahold of any employee at all. They always say they don't know why the pharmacy isn't answering but they will make sure that they answer me. And, spoiler alert.. they never answer! On one instance I waited on hold for so many hours that someone in Florida picked up and told me to just give up because this location doesn't like to answer the phone. I genuinely imagine them sitting around (unoccupied) and listening to the phone ring all day - I've read in other reviews that people have actually witnessed this. If I could use a different pharmacy, I would do so in a heartbeat. I hope the right people are held accountable for this; whether that be the employees or a managerial/higher up issue. This...
Read moreHonestly wanted to give this pharmacy a shot but it’s just very poorly managed and probably understaffed. They never have one of my prescriptions in stock but somehow another pharmacy easily has them. Second they one time gave me HALF portion of a cream I take and told me to come back for the other half. When I ran out I went online to ask for a refill and wrote in the notes that I was still owed the other half. When I arrived the receptionist said “well I don’t see a note” didn’t offer any help. Didn’t offer to leave a note for the pharmacist. Didn’t give a care. So essentially I was stolen from by this pharmacy. One time I came in and the pharmacist covering was clearly uncomfortable with the work environment and something about their medical shipments.
