Worst individual sliced cakes ever!

I usually get individual sliced cakes from bakeries and I expect them to be fresh but the last time I went in there (yesterday) it was the worst experience I ever had! I've been to this bakery maybe around 10-12 times and I've never been impressed with it to be honest. Usually the quality of service from staff when I go always felt like I was being rushed to give them my order even when I was the only one in the store. Anyways, last night I went in as I was in the mood for cake and so I ordered a slice of cheesecake and what appeared to be huge chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. I tried eating chocolate cake a few hours later but it was impossible..... The cake was burnt! Yes, Burned! and there was paper that was literally glued on to the underside of the cake. This was first time experience a cake this bad from a bakery and while it could be considered a one-off out of the 10-12 I've been there, I have never been impressed enough with the cakes here.

I really hope they see this review so they know that selling burnt cake is completely unacceptable!

Should they see this or if anyone who reads this review happens to go there please let them know that you can taste the paper they use on their cakes... STOP...

Absolutely terrible I truly wouldn’t recommend this bakery anymore they fell off I’ve always went here for my son birthday cake and I’ve recently went here for my son birthday , I requested a all blue cupcake cake shaped as the number five, the flavors to be chocolate and vanilla and I’ve received nothing like what I’ve requested ..I went to pick up my cake nd it was in the shape of the letter L , the frosting looked as if they didn’t care about the presentation it was poorly put on and very hard as if these cupcakes were old also the cupcake’s itself were very burnt nd dry my guest refused to eat the cake sad part is all the cupcakes were burnt and tasted very old the frosting looked and tasted expired when I ate one there was a black hair inside and I vomited and when i requested a refund I was denied when I asked to be given freshly made cake I was told that couldn’t happen and they “followed my order request “ honestly can say the customer service is terrible and I don’t know what I did to deserve this type of service but I hope the health inspectors make them get they act together or simply close down...

This people don't even know there own store price's i went to order a cake for a friend and they told me it will cost me $90 dollars so we confirmed and agree ill be picking it up the next day. the next day came and i went to pay and pick up the cake, but there was a different women with a different price after talking to her for couple of min she told me the women i talk to was new. So i understood and told her how much is it she said 130. i was such in a hurry to get this to my friend i agreed and told her let me talk to my friend to see if she agreed and she agreed to the $130. so i went back to the bakery ready to pay the $130. but problem was that the price was change to $180. I don"t know if this people are stupid or just trying to play me as stupid. after arguing with this people i just decided to walk away and never do business with this...
