Foot Locker — Local services in New York

I purchased Lebrons online and came into this store to exchange the them for a wider sneaker . I returned because I experienced exceptional customer service while exchanging sneakers I purchased online in the past .

( I purchase online because I work in a hospital and barely have time to shop in person ) , added issue my son has a large and wide foot .

So ...today I return and am greeted by a female customer service agent she proceeds to what I thought was performing the exchange action as I requested upon my arrival , toward the end she shares that I will receive my money back , I clarified that I initially requested and exchange. She treated me with an attitude ,her affect changed was rude and murmured under her breath .

I was then told to wait at the side of the line for others to be served until a different young lady assited with exchange , she proceeded and towards the end of the sale did not provided me with a receipt since she said I came without one ( I purchased item online and had shipping slips and order confirmation )

Overall terrible experience I will not return , came into the store happy and left disappointed and sad due to the treatment I received .

First time I visited experience was a 5 today ...it was a 2 ..because I am a humble person I don't give...

It's like the staff doesn't want to work. I've been here both on busy days and days where I was literally the only customer. You literally have to flag a worker down and say I need help. When u do get service they take their sweet time looking for your shoe and guess what they never have your size! I've come here out of convience and each time swear I won't go back. Selections are limited. Today I discovered kick usa a few blocks away and what a freaking difference in both service...

Their selection is decent. Had my credit card info stolen while at this location so I paid triple the price for my transaction. Still trying to clear it with Bank of America even though I have a receipt showing I paid cash because their machine wasn't "working" if your code is ever declined for fraud and they tell you to use Apple pay it's a scam!!!! Do not do it this is how they are stealing your...
