I went to this place in hopes of finding a prom dress because I had seen a few dresses that I liked that I thought this place would have. First of all, the selection of dresses they have is very poor and most of the dresses you would have to order with out even being able to try them. Second of all, the women who was helping me was very rude and basically called me fat because she kept bringing me dresses that were two sizes too big and it was very obvious that they were way too big and she was so positive that all I needed to do was get some tailoring done. If I had a dress that was actually MY size then it would probably fit a lot better. After that I tried a dress that I actually liked but I was not committed yet because I was obviously just trying them. So, I wanted to take a picture to compare to other dresses in the future so I know what dress I liked the best. As I was trying to take a picture of the dress, the woman got angry with me once again because she said I wasn't allowed to take a picture of the dress unless I was purchasing it. I respect that, but she could have been so much nicer about everything. I just found my whole experience very unpleasant because I have been to other dress stores and they were very kind in giving me suggestions and they did not force me to take off my bra while trying on dresses. It made me uncomfortable that the woman who was helping me had also demanded I remove my bra when I try the dresses on, and when I didnt she made a big deal about it and said something like "well if you took your bra off maybe it would've fit better." I just don't recommend coming here for a dress. If I'm going to spend that much money on a dress, I at least want honest opinions on how I look and I don't want someone to be rude to me for no reason because I certainly was not rude. There are so many different ways to tell a person that they should look for other dresses because they don't flatter them, but in this store all they want to do is make money. I tried dresses I didn't even like or look good in, and this woman was telling me that it looks "alright" and I should buy it. I will NEVER come back to this place for a dress EVER because I just can't believe that someone would say "you don't even know what you want so don't look because we don't have sizes for you" when I am a size 6-8, and was receiving size 12 dresses. If anyone reads this I hope that they don't come here because I don't want anyone to feel discouraged about their body like I did. There are so many better dress stores out there who have employees who are willing to find the perfect dress for you and your body type, and make you feel amazing about your special day or any...

Most unprofessional place I have been to! If your not white, tall and thin and show that you have money. Be prepared to not receive any professional sales help ! You will be ridiculed based on your height , weight , and the amount of cash you are carrying. Tried to tell the manager about the thin malnourished sales lady that works there, that it is rude to talk about weight , and that she hurt my daughters feelings. No one there cared, not even the manager! I guess they feel like they are very powerful Becaue they are white , thin , and wear fancy clothing ! What a shame ! This is not Lina , I am her mother who was there And witnessed everything! I’m sorry YOUR sales person is upset , but so is MY daughter ! And I am upset that no one cared to Just apologize for the rude comment that was said, instead the manager kept saying that the sales person didn’t mean it that way. So I am to assume that calling my daughter fat is a nice thing ? Calling someone those names is very hurtful! My daughter is a smart And beautiful young lady , genuine and kind , has a pure heart for all people. She does not judge anyone based on their scale weight! I am sorry I ever stepped foot in that store ! And before your sales person makes discriminating remarks that can afffect a person mentally ! Your sales people should take classes to learn Not to make damaging , hurtful remarks about weight! Life is more then being thin ! My daughter is remarkable , she slowly walked away from your salesperson without saying a comment. THE WORSSTT DRESS BOUTIQUE to ever shop at. No customer service AT all!! The most rudest and unprofessional sales workers. They’ll body shame you but say “they don’t mean it that way”. The worst worst worst dress store I’ve ever been too! Don’t waste your time in going to this store. THE WORST!! Don’t go to this store !! It’s funny who ever you are. For ur smart remark , I did speak to the manger there with dark hair. For your information: she did not help us what so ever.
