If you are keen on experiencing mango in various combinations, Mango Mango lives up to its name. The store is brimming with mangoes, evident as soon as you walk in. Besides mango dishes, they also offer a variety of other foods. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they serve hot desserts (熱甜品).
I ordered four items from the menu:
H1 Black Sesame Paste Soup with Rice Ball: The flavour was a solid 4/5, and the sweetness was perfect. H7 Red Bean Paste Soup with Sago: The portion was a bit smaller compared to the other two, as you can see in the picture. The taste was good 4/5. H10 Black Rice Soup with Dried Longan and Dates: The taste was good 4/5. A5 Strawberry Mango Juice Sago & Lychee Jelly with Mango Ice Cream: We really enjoyed it 5/5, though it is a bit pricey for the size.
Whether you order to go or dine in, you receive the same plastic container. While it ensures you get the same amount of food, it does mean more plastic is used for dine-in orders. Overall, everything was good, but the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes.
Nevertheless, it's a must-try place in NY.

It’s a cute looking store with comfy seating. Calm atmosphere and the lady at the register was very kind and helpful with explaining to me about some foods on the menu. I got a mango smoothie which was sooo good. It had a sweet jelly in the bottom. I also had a bowl that had mango juice with mango ice cream, sago and grapefruit on top, which was so delicious. I also bought the mango crepe. That was the best crepe I ever had!! So airy and not too sweet and had huge chunks of mango on top. I will definitely be...
