I recently visited TLJ and had an amazing experience. All of the employees were incredibly generous and kind.

During my visit, I asked for a bread that was not yet ready. However, instead of simply saying no, one of the workers kindly explained to me that they have different timelines for each bread, and that the bread I was interested in would be available in a short while. This level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail was truly impressive and made me feel like a valued customer.

Throughout my visit, every employee I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. They were all extremely knowledgeable about the products and were more than happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions I had. I’m so disappointed, I had to write this review, if I could I want to give 0 star. I ordered drink to get LESS ice, and the cup was not even filled 100%. It was only 80% of the drink. If it is the regular ice, 90% was filled of ice, I’m not sure if I paid $6 medium size to buy the ICE? Or the drink. Regarding the stamps, I had to request for the stamp, why??? I don’t even know about this stamps until other people showed me. I went again to buy four Large drinks, No stamps card were given to me, I even had to request “ where’s the stamps card?” . And what I got only one card( with no stamp) but I bought 4 drinks????this does not even make any sense. And of course, I spend money to buy Ice。Really...
