PHILLIPS GOURMET DELI — Restaurant in New York

The food is good. You get a hefty sandwich. They are higher in prices in everything from the sandwich, to cold cuts to soda than other deli's in the area. Example: 20oz here is $2.50. Everywhere else it's $2. You can get the same quality and hefty sandwich at other local delis for less $$. They all use the same distributor. Their electronic menu sign has wrong prices vs what they charge. It's 2020 pricing that doesn't reflect $4-$5 price increases since 2020. So if you look at their menu with prices, figure it is $4-$5 more expensive. They refuse to update the electronic menu sign with current pricing. They want you to ask for the new price or order blindly. To me, that is...

Horrible….sooooo over priced for the bare minimum….people are rude and they couldn’t care less for their customers….food wasn’t even melted when I got it. For 7 mozzarella sticks, it’s 7 dollars….that’s ridiculous.
