Not the greatest experience for the first time.

The spa is ok and some of the therapist are pleasant but I was displeased on how the male manager in particular's attitude was towards me when it came to gratuity. I booked two services and for both services it wasn't the greatest experience to which at the end when it was time to pay I didn't realize at the time but my services received a discount but i wasn't aware of it because they already give 40% on services. When I went to tip the male manager in particular (who also was one of therapist who gave me the bad experience) starred down on my bank account through my phone as i was paying for my service through my bank including a tip. He then ask me what am I leaving for a tip , I tell him and then there is this hyper dramatic laugh he gives me as if what I was giving wasn't up to his standards and as this laughing is happening his wife is telling me and i quote'' tips need to be at standard amount' always'' as if an expensive gratuity is mandatory for there establishment no matter how the customer feels about the service. This made me so uncomfortable because one they have no policy written saying this plus i thought it was up to the customer of what they would like to give because at the end of the day tips are a reflection of how you feel your service was handled not the other way around to which they have a sign in there massage room that says the same very thing which is hilarious. I say this all to say it wasn't a pleasant experience for me but if i were to come back i don't ever want that male manager as my therapist again because he was very unprofessional and...

This place was amazing the massage therapist was very professional and respectful the place was clean I didn’t book a Reservation just walked in and they took me immediately with no wait The room was clean very relaxing and all the staff was very respectful I will 1000% recommend going to this spot.

So I definitely took the owner's advice by coming back again to get a massage. When I got there I was greeted at the door by owen he was very friendly. I informed him I did not have a appointment and that I was a walk-in. he said no problem and escorted me right to a room. Where I was extremely comfortable. So I tried them a second time and they took me very last minute and it was late at night. I was told after the first bad experience I would get a free body scrub/table shower but they did not offer it this time as promised. Not nice. Secondly they switched masseurs on me last minute and the guy I had did not seem interested the least bit in massaging me. He looked like he wanted to go home. His attitude was not great never even asking me if I was ok etc. The massage itself was ok but I’m more disappointed In not being given the free service as mentioned on last go round. Also I gave the masseur a pretty generous tip and he looked at it and scoffed at me. Very poor service again and this is the second time going there. Really not happy again, was hoping second time would be a charm...
