I placed an order with Rosule for one Amish chicken and two pounds of beef for beef stew for home delivery. Rosule told me that's not enough for home delivery but at the same time he could not tell me what the minimum is. I told him that I needed chicken for soup. He strongly recommended D'Artanian Chicken hen and Bell and Evans. I agreed and specifically asked him several times not to cut and not to clean chickens. I also asked him not to cut beef other than a bone. Rosule repeated my request. He said that he will prepare my order himself.

I received all the chicken and meat cut up. Beef appeared to be mainly bone and fat. The charge for beef was $10.99 per pound. I'm under the impression that these products were in their refrigerator long before I placed my order. I cooked two pieces of beef and two pieces of possibly Amish chicken, and whole D'Artanian hen.

Bell and Evans chicken had abnormal red/brown color. Usually, Bell and Evans chicken is light, yellow/white color.

Beef expanded as a sponge and there was dirt inside. Usually, beef or any meat shrinks.

D'ARTANIAN hen had abnormal plastic like taste and after trying a piece of Amish chicken, I got sick.

I called Exclusive Meat Market and asked Rosule the reason for sending me chicken and meacut up and spoiled. He stumbled. First, he told me that boys cut it up, then he told me that he cut it up. He told me that he will not give me my money back.

Next day I called and asked to speak with Zafar, the owner of Exclusive Meat Market. I wanted them to come and pick up their food. Rosule picked up a phone and told me that he was Zafar. He told me that he will immediately, right now, fire a boy who cut up my chicken. He said that nobody complained and he will not refund my money. He said that they did home delivery for me and that's enough for me not to complain.
