The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and super charming — it’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. I work nearby, and my coworkers and I often order birthday cakes from here — they’re always a hit! When ordering through Uber Eats, you can often find great deals. Right now, for example, they’re offering a buy one, get one free deal on their sandwiches — which are incredibly tasty and totally worth it. I’m not usually a fan of macarons, but theirs are something else — soft, flavorful, and filled with a generous amount of delicious filling. Inside the shop, sandwich options are limited (they usually make no more than three at a time), which guarantees they’re always fresh and high quality. The place is really sweet & favorite! :)) I looked everywhere, searched all possible stores and bakeries for homemade cake and cupcakes for my child's birthday party... I wanted the sweets to be tasty, fresh, allergen-free, themed, custom made, beautiful! ....Drum beat... Voila! I found the place that makes the fairytale come true! And, it is located conveniently in our neighborhood - Ave X and Ave U! And - Oh, my God - the prices are just as well perfect! We had birthday party today. All parents asked me the name of the place. They were amazed, how this delicious two-story decorated tower can be so much better than anything else they had tried before. The cake was pleasantly sweet, soft, fresh! Finally, the outer layer decoration (theme) - made with tender chocolate - was actually edible, sooooo delectable! Besides that, I want to appreciate the owner's and chef's attention to details. I asked for a whole cake and for the slices to be placed in individual boxes. As I wanted to gift them (because I like the cakes so much.) Was trying to give them promotion as well.

However I was only given the big cake box. No consideration was made. I normally would have left a tip but since I was serviced to my expectations. I did not.

I came back and ask for individual boxes. Again this is for the stores benefit and was charged 1 dollar per box.

This didn't make me feel valued or money well spent.

Food is good but BIG swing and a MISS for the lack of customer service.

I agree with the other posts regarding the customer service. Mumbled when they didn't get a tip. You get gratuity when you go above and beyond. They didn't even provide the basics which is honoring the request.
