New House Garden — Restaurant in New York

I recently ordered takeout from the New House Garden Chinese Restaurant and was very pleased with the food quality. I ordered around 8-9 different dishes and was pleasantly surprised by how well everything tasted. None of the dishes were oily or greasy, and the sauces were perfectly balanced.

The takeout process was seamless and the food was ready for pickup at the designated time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they packaged everything up nicely for easy transport.

Overall, I would highly recommend the New House Garden Chinese Restaurant for takeout. It's a true gem in the neighbourhood and a great find. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be ordering from them again...

The shrimp with lobster sauce was absolutely disgusting. It smelled rotten and the sauce was a jelly like consistency similar to that of glue. I called the restaurant and inform them of this and they refused to replace or refund. They said they make it like that and if anyone has had Chinese food knows that’s not how it’s made it’s just an excuse for poor fool quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place for its food or customer service.

I live on this block and I walked in order bbq boneless ribs. I told them put extra bbq sauce cause everytime I get it its always dry and I was thinking maybe if I go in person it would be different.
