DO NOT BUY from this company, BEWARE… Do not be the next person that get SCAMMED. The MSRP price for frames was $80 dollars, they charge me for the frame and then went and billed my insurance company for the frames I already paid for. So they got paid 2 times for the same frame….They never give me a receipt or even show me what they were doing and when I found out what they did thru the insurance company the girl there was so nasty and refuse to talk to me because I caught her scam. They use your insurance without your permission or signature agreeing to anything…

Trust me better off getting your glasses online. At least you would know what you are agreeing to before you get scam.

Contacted BBBureau and Consumer Affairs, it’s okay to make money but it’s not okay to scam people, they don’t show receipts, they do not let the customers know that they are paying for something the insurance company already paid for…

SO HEADS UP Do not pay for anything unless you find out from your insurance if it’s covered and how much is covered. Make sure you get a printed receipt and your signature agreeing to bill your insurance company, because they can submit for payment to your insurance without you knowing and...

I've been going here for a few years as they are in my union's plan with Davis Vision. Everyone is very nice and Dr. Feit is top notch. He's really easy to talk to and as it turns out, he's a fan of DIY and car projects just like me. He's very thorough with his exams and answers all of your questions. Also, the office staff take the time to make sure that everything is covered by insurance. Davis Vision still has to mail me paperwork, but the office said come in anyway and just bring in the paperwork when I pick up the eye wear. That's the way you do things, work around issues like that. I'll surely return here next year for my annual exam...

This is so messed up. I went to get some glasses, so my insurance had the saddest frames so I paid for a pair of Tommy Hilfiger frames for 240$ and computer protection added to the lenses total 290$ so I paid CASH and got my receipt and left. I get a call yesterday that my glasses are ready to pick up. I go straight from work to pick up the glasses. Now when its time to leave the lady at the eye glass place tells me her receipt says I owe 290$. So I tell the lady that I already paid in FULL.
