UPDATE:
2 years of hard work at F45
I can't help but feel grateful for the incredible experience I've had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with open arms by the friendly staff and supportive community. The owner, has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home, even accommodating my crazy schedule where I am out of town a lot.
One of the things I love most about F45 is the variety of workouts offered. Each session is expertly designed to push me to my limits while keeping me engaged and motivated. Whether it's a cardio-focused HIIT class or a strength-building resistance session, I always leave feeling accomplished and energized. But perhaps the most rewarding part of my F45 journey has been seeing the transformation in myself. Not only have I noticed significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level, but I've also seen a positive change in my confidence and self-image. Thanks to the guidance of the dedicated trainers and the supportive environment of the gym, I've achieved great results.
My experience at F45 has been nothing short of transformative. From the welcoming atmosphere to the challenging workouts and supportive community, this gym has become a second home to me. I'm grateful to the owner and staff for their dedication and support. If you're looking for a gym that will push you to be your best self, look no further than F45. Really phenomenal work out. The trainers there are all very supportive and encouraging during the work out which is key for me to...
Read moreHave supported this place when they were just starting. But since they have extended they have incorporated some kind of very inconsiderate policies. I have called all the f45 studios in the studio across the boroughs and every studio mentioned till the time you come in before the warm up is completed you can join the class. The management started to treat me differently when 2 months ago one of the coach misbehaved with me and I was looking for an apology. The owner assured me that I would get an apology but never got want from that coach. In fact the social media manager shared my encounter with other coaches and members, which was not necessary. I have attended 3 classes after that with him heâs never acknowledged me, however I continued to greet him but never got a response. Anyways itâs a part way from this studio who doesnât care about loyalty for people who supported them during peak of the pandemic. I still remember working out in the studio wearing a mask. Loyalty and respect should be paramount, especially for those who supported the business during challenging times. But I guess for the management as they are growing up they forgot from the bottom they...
Read moreI started classes in the summer. The owner was welcoming since she had just opened and needed clients. Once she started accumulating clients her demeanor changed. She started acting like a junior high schooler, only greeting specific clients. Not only was her attitude not the best, but she did petty things like hide hair ties, claiming people take too many. Um.... when you're paying $320 plus tax a month for membership it becomes really irritating to have to ask for low cost items that should be available at all times. She also stopped filtering the water to save money. On top of that she doesn't have a training or sports background like other F45 owners so when the challenge came around she made me get on a machine, printed out my stats and flippantly said she doesnt know what any of it means. She didn't bother asking the trainers to help me understand it either. She would also take photos of people after every class without telling anyone that they'd be posted on social media, which is a complete violation of privacy. The workouts there aren't the most challenging either. I left and now i'm very happy at a...
