I visited the salon this February 2023. There is some construction going on due to a water pipe break. Felicia was overly apologetic about the appearance of the space and the ongoing work that was being done throughout the appointment but outside the suite. I appreciated her expressing care about my comfort. I waited a few minutes for her to finish a client and then she began my appointment for a haircut which included a silk press. Felicia spoke with knowledge about hair care, and gave recommendations on practices I could do to repair/grow my hair.
She was very attentive and I left with a nice cut and beautiful curls. She provided a complimentary condition for my initial wait—again I was very appreciative. We vibed extremely well and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I would definitely return to her for the same service in the near future.

She assessed my hair while asking questions. She then got to work on my very dry twist out. After the wash and deep conditioner I touched my hair and couldn't believe how soft it felt. Read moreI sent an email to this business for an appt for my hair. My hair is natural and I haven’t had it done in about 6 months due to the pandemic and a hectic schedule. She literally sent me back a screenshot to schedule an appt with no message, no greetings, NOTHING. I already saw the Appt Booking section on the website-I wanted to get more details about what services I should book.
This experience alone has turned me off and I will NOT be frequenting this salon. If they can’t even take two minutes to consult with a new customer, I can’t imagine the service as an ongoing...
