Jimmy Jazz — Local services in New York

I live in New York, keep that in mind. I ordered a pair of sneakers in Miami on Wednesday and to my disappointment, I just found out they were shipped from the location I bought them from but instead they were shipped from this W 125th street location but I still haven’t gotten them yet ( Mind you I LIVE IN NEW YORK!) and I get an email saying they have been delivered. It’s now Tuesday and I can’t call the store because the phone number is not working, so I can’t even figure out what the issue is and figure out how to get my sneakers. I’m reLly annoyed by this and I just want someone ( a HUMAN!) to contact me and help me get my sneakers or a refund at this point. If I have to physically come into this location to figure out where my things are, it’s not going be a good day for anybody. Never shopping here again after...

Horrible customer service and all the staff is rude! I had a pair of Nike sneakers delivered to them where the box was damaged and the sneakers were also worn! The laces were dirty and the bottom of the sneakers were as well! Once they opened the box I asked for a refund where the manager asked me to send them back to Ohio where the sneakers originated from! Why not give me a full refund!!!!!! The manager was rude on the phone. They called her because NO one was able to give me my full refund! I also wrote nike corporate letting them know they are selling used dirty sneakers at full prices! This is why I don't shop within my own community! The level of respect is just not within the community so I will NEVER shop...

I was looking for the Jordan’s 5s in toddler size for my son I went in here & found them for $60 I also got him 2 pair of pumas same day i walked out with 3 pairs for a decent price only reason im giving a one star is because of decent price my son only worn the Jordan’s 5s once since i got them & they already coming apart my son never walked in them smh i been calling everyday since i live 4-5 hours away in upstate Utica for a refund or an exchange never no answer,I went here when they first opened bck up after the pandemic workers was very rude the follow u around the store like u was going to steal something u wasn’t able to touch anything 🤦🏻‍♀️. Never again will u buy...
