Juice Bar Empanadas — Restaurant in New York

The lady refuse to sell me empanadas and I left the place without buying anything. She was taking a video about a leak of a little bit of water coming from the roof; she called the cook and ask him to take video of it. As she taking video of it on a video call I asked her if there was pizza empanada and she said no. Then I ask do you have cheese? What kind of Pastelito u have ?She ignore me totally! I waited a few more minutes quietly to give her more time until she feels like attending me ,but she never attend to me and I was left standing there with no service .It was a very horrible experience that she had no decency to at least say something like ‘no am not serving which would of being the right thing to do ! Instead she just ignore my request for service as I continue to ignore me like I was not there ;Please have people working at your shop that actually care about people! That girl needs training on how to deal with customers...

Los pastelitos es buena pero el servicio?????? TREMENDO. they need better workers. I feel there’s only one older lady with black hair I can say that is truly friendly! They are very rude in here, I’ve been about 2 times this week already and the attitude is just disgusting. And their juices are sometimes spoiled, so be careful. Another bad thing, they charge taxes even when you pay cash, and they have credit/debit minimum which a lot of these business owners don’t know that it’s ILEGAL! And everything here is expensive, they lack quality which is why their quantity is very questionable and unreasonable! Cuando la calidad está buena, la cantidad no importa, pero en este caso la calidad...

If you’re here for empanadas—5 stars If you’re here for actual natural juices—1 star. Thats the whole reasoning behind giving 2, because at least there’s the empanadas. But my whole reason for being there was the juices. There was no juicing involved. It’s slices of fruit or juice blended w either fake fruit juice concentrate, milk or water…. I’m used to drinking a whole carrot juiced not 4/5 slices of carrot blended with water..and a few slices of beets.. I know 170th has been up & coming for the past 20 yrs from its ghetto a$$ roots but come on, don’t play...
