Foot Locker — Local services in New York

Yesterday I went to footlocker with my family to exchange some shoes and we were waiting till a worker brought us our shoes and while we were waiting this lady that had very short hair, and had men clothes who was a worker made us feel upset because she said we were not her only costumers in a harsh tone after she already spoke really rude to us because she thought we were gonna steal some shoes that had discounts when really we were just trying to exchange our shoes.?But over all footlocker is a good store just that one worker doesn’t know how to give good costumer services and she made me and my family...

I have been visiting and buying from this store for a long time and yesterday I had a very bad experience with one of the employees who, to top it all off, seemed to be the manager because of the way she gave orders to the other employees or at least seemed to be the person in charge.
