I have been going to this place for years. Last month I got my nails redone and also had my daughter's nails done for a special event. another nail tech did my daughter's nails. The woman who did my nails, 1st she does my pedi she was extremely rough and charged me for a spa pedi when I only got a regular pedi. Then when she was just changing the nail gel on my hands she took to long to rale the color off then when she did my nails they were horrible. When I was done and signing the receipt cause I paid with my card she was over my shoulder then had the balls to be ungrateful about the tip. (Which she shouldn't have gotten one in the 1st place ). Today I go in at 5 they close at 7 the lady I assume remembered me and says something in her language to candy. Let's just say candy tells me no you come back tomorrow in a rude manner. All I asked for was a fill in. Let's just say they lost a loyal customer who gives them good tips. Never will go there again I had fake nails on from a different nail salon and they were perfectly fine. All I wanted was to get them filled in and cut down a little, next thing I know I had two of the tips broken off of perfectly fine nails and was told it would be $11 to replace one nail one flipping nail and they could put a new set on for $25 so I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible and said OK do it. The amount of nail glue that was put on my nails could kill a man they lasted 3 weeks but when I had enough of them and had to take them off I was in so much pain from having to basically Peel part of my nail off that I vowed never to go there again. I walked in today asking how long the wait time would be, and the owner's daughter stated that everyone had an appointment. I understood that.
