This bank doesn't care about its customers, I took a commercial loan with them since 2022, I never had any problems until now, one of the requirements is to keep 3 times of the monthly amount into their checking account, but since we are in a very challenging economic situation right now one of my commercial tenant is having trouble making payment and one of the residential unit is vacant I still manage to pay them on time but instead of trying to help me I received a letter from Alan J Jin Executive vice president telling me that they will raise my interest rate by 0.375 which cause my payment to go up by almost $400 more every month. They're just trying to make it harder for me so they can foreclose the property. Not a Good bank to do business with, a bunch of greedy running that institution, please share that review everywhere for me as I will be posting it on every major social media site myself to warn any potential customers about...

Horrible Customer Service Horrible banking as I went to the branch because they didn’t do bill payment correct nor were they able to help, me at the Branch as I was there for 1 1/2 hour for no reason and weren’t able to resolve anything but pressured me more as a payment was deducted to Optimum And They didn’t receive but Flushing Bank never notified me of it as this is worst bank ever if anything the branch manager Constantine was Not helpful or assistant bank manage Irina are the worst as Ms Bryan was The only one that sorta of Helped me in a way..!!
