If I could I would give a huge 0 star to this company, HORRIBLE Customer SERVICE. We place an order and they gave me a very hard time to process it, but yet they charged me right away, and then they were asking all weird questions because the address where I was sending the order wasn't the same address where I live?????? OBVIOUSLY is not the same place where I live because it was a gift, then I gave them all the information that they asked for, and still they would not process the order. I call back and I was put on hold forever and then nobody was even answering the phone, so I had to call from a different phone number and sure enough they answered, and told me that they were going to cancel the order and to check for an email confirming the cancellation...Wich I didn't get...... I asked to talk with a manager and they didn't put no one on the phone.... I'm extremely disappointed and will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. If you read all this, think twice when placing an order and get ready to have a hard time dealing with such HORRIBLE...

He worked hard to gather the items from different stores and warehouses to fulfill my order and had great follow up. He did not forget a single thing I needed and remembered all my idiosyncratic requests. Accidently ordered the wrong product recently after they made some changes to the website and they wouldn't do anything because the package was opened and even if it was closed they were going to make me pay to ship it back. I just asked for some kind of credit and they wouldn't offer me anything. I would have been happy with $50 even though I lost $150 on this order.
