Kosher Bagel Hole — Restaurant in New York

Good, Fresh bagels, they make it fresh right in front of you. I got the whole wheat everything wheat bagels to go. They are great when toasted, solid/crispy top with soft center. Has all the perfect elements of a good NY Style boiled bagel.

The wait in line however is long. The workers/owner don't seem to have a great personality. It's typical, "what you want" without any greeting of "how are you doing". I'm big on customer service; smile and say HI. I know we live in NYC and it's hard because of the jerk offs that come in.

Also, I'm the type of person to buy a few bagels for relatives or for breakfast the next day. These bagels are not meant to be eaten tomorrow. It was hard as a brick the next morning. I had to get a butcher knife to saw that in half.

That being said, it's a good bagel, if eaten that day and you don't mind the crowd and pushy get out my store service.

Advice: PLEASE MAKE PUMPERNICKEL BAGELS! I love...

I patronage this business just about daily at times twice a day. Today was my last day! I gave the cashier a $50 bill & a quarter to receive exact change of $47.00. She hands me back $46.99. I questioned the given amount. She said it's $3.26. The “OWNER” was mocking me for my reaction to her for not asking me for the darn penny. Unbelievable 🙄 Furthermore I always pay $3.25 EVERYDAY!!!

Always stop here when i visit my mom! A bakers dozen of everything to go and one sesame bagel with whitefish salad and tomato to eat immediately! even if i just ate or am not really hungry lol.

Bagels are nice and hard on the outside and chewy on the inside. It almost like they are toasted but they are not. They are a good size. The whitefish salad is slightly sweet to me but I like it.

Price is comparable to other bagel places...
