We got the worst table in the house next to the kitchen. While we waited for our food, drivers from Uber Eats started coming in non stop and picking up orders and hogging over us while we where waiting for our food.. and eating our food, couldn’t even move my arms without hitting butts of those who were hogging over ur table. I have never experienced a restaurant of this caliber to allow this behavior. I felt that I was sitting in some over priced soup kitchen, with the meats being old, and over cooked. We supposed to get our food including our two side dishes, but that didn’t happen. I had to beg a few waitresses for our food, while people’s butts were touching our food plus hair was in our foods. We were very disappointed with the restaurant establishment...Plus one of our items went missing while the Uber Drivers were hogging over table from inside our coats. In addition the restaurant charges 18% gratuity for soup kitchen ambiance???? This is my last time in this place. Place like this deserves C rating. And I even reserved my table a day in advance. No one even cared to see if we were satisfied with our food. I felt almost puking as the beef kebab did not taste fresh and was extremely burnt. Are they cooking for humans...
Read moreVery generous portions, whether the dishes you payed for, the sides, or the complementary laffa, hummus and appetizers. We always forget when ordering and end up with leftovers. No complaints by me though, I enjoy every dish from this place. The restaurant attracts a boisterous crowd, including families, however we were able to hear each other at our table against a wall. They let me bring my own bottle of wine, no corking fee (they don't offer a wine menu themselves), as long as it's approved by the Mashgiach (kosher supervisor). He then even provided me with a corkscrew and asked a waiter to bring me an extra glass. Btw if you stand near the counter, you can watch the flaming grills. We've ordered deliveries from them on multiple occasions, and the food arrives hot, with the same, always pleasantly surprising, portion sizing and complementary laffa, pickles and hummus. I wonder if they would even send us an extra laffa or two if I would ask... Next time😊 Delivery tip:ask them to put saucy dishes and soups in a separate bag (even if it's not one clear bag per item like the good supermarkets do), tin pans and plastic containers don't always do the trick when they're...
Read moreUPDATED REVIEW: I stand behind most of what I said in my previous review and I want to reiterate, I absolutely love the waitstaff here. I always feel well taken care of. However, the last few times I visited, there was a noticeable decline in the quality of the food. It's a real shame too, as this was one of my go-to spots...
PREVIOUS REVIEW: I've been going to this place for years and I have to say, one of the most important things about a restaurant is consistency. This place is consistent in the preparation of their food and therefore people come back. Excellent dips and salads. Make sure to try the laffa bread, it's fantastic. Over the years, they have become more pricey, so much so that I had to...
