I was shocked at how good this pizza was. I’m a fan of the 3 sauce squares (pesto, marinara, vodka) and Krispy pizza is my go to for those but this was better. Every bite was crispy and the dough was light and airy. Sometimes these can lose their composure but this stayed neat and didn’t fall apart. The flavor was amazing. However, they are $7 each. I also got a plain slice (forgot to take a picture) which in my opinion is comparable in taste and texture with Luigi’s; my all time favorite for a plain cheese. These are $5 each. Lastly, I got a stuffed crust and was very pleased with that as well. I was already getting full but it was so good I had to finish it all. The stuffed crust is $7 each. So yes, the prices are up there with some of the more expensive spots you’d find in Williamsburg or manhattan but it’s worth it in my opinion. I’ll have to try the margherita next.

I came to visit my brother in Brooklyn and stopped by Pizza Time to grab a slice before driving back home. From the start, the man working the counter was so friendly and helpful in picking the best slices to try. He explained that all the slices were kosher. I ended up ordering a cheesy crust slice and a pasta slice. Both slices came out of the oven piping hot while being thin and crispy. Exceptional quality and taste! The restaurant has enough seating and is clean. It is like any other pizzeria with bench seats, condiments at every table, and red trays to eat off of. There is a bathroom right in the front as well. Parking may be difficult to find because there is only street parking.

Hands down the best kosher pizza in Bklyn, maybe all of NYC but I dunno fo sho. Had take out and it's not about the atmosphere here anyway so just 4/5 stars for that. Would love to give the pizza 5 stars but let's be real: kosher pizza is NEVER quite as good as real, traditional 'za. Maybe it's the rennet; who knows. Anyway, Dave Portnoy gives it an 8.2 so I'm not even gonna have a guilt trip over the 4/5 on the food. Service? Just the best, prompt, professional service you could ask for at a pizza joint anywhere in Bklyn. Fughedaboudit. Take care Brush ya hair

Horrible customer service and partly burned square pizza. I came in this evening with my 13 year old daughter to purchase a pie of pizza, a square slice, french-fries and pasta. The man behind the counter, whom I was later told is the owner, took my order and said that they are not selling single slices on Saturday night and they had no pasta. So I called my wife and she said that I should either take a second regular pie or a second square pie. I told the owner that I would take a second square pie. In response, he said that it would take 25 minutes, I said forget it, give me a second regular pie because I don't want to wait 25 minutes. So he said, someone just cancelled, I'll give you his square pie so you don't need to wait. I said fine and paid in cash (they only take cash) and he asked me to sit down. During my wait, customers kept coming in and being served. Ten minutes later, I asked what was talking so long and he ignored me. Five minutes later, I asked him again, he heard me, looked at me and ignored me as if I was doing something wrong by asking. At this point, if I hadn't paid, I would have left. Five minutes later, I walked up to the counter and stood there so he mumbled to me, when its ready, I will tell you. I walked away and five minutes later, he walked over to me with my order and dropped it on the table next to me. I asked him if this was mine, and of course, he just ignored. So I looked at the order t make sure it was really mine and left. I didn't want to wait, but he made me wait. In my daughter's words, "we shouldn't buy here again, that guy was disgusting." On my way home, I shared the experience with a friend and said that he had a horrible experience last year and that he doesn't walk in there anymore. When we got home, they square pie we waited for was partly burned and not good. The other pie was good. This is not a pizza store I plan on...

Some of the best New York style pizza I've ever had. And not just kosher pizza. Couple of things to note off the bat - it's cash only, and it helps to have a personal relationship with Judah the owner. It's usually packed on Saturday nights and during the school rush hour, and parking is impossible around here, so plan ahead.

Pizza Time has got an amazing dough recipe that results in a perfectly crunchy crust, with almost zero flop. The sauce is "perfect, amazing, and some of the best sauce ever. It's absolutely delicious, like a crabby-patty level secret recipe" says one fan. The cheese is exactly what you'd expect from a New York style pizza, not too oily, and very satisfying. Highly recommend the grandma slice, it's crunchy and delicious. For fries, I'd say get a large and do a mix of Cajun and regular.

The baked ziti is worth trying - it's a great balance of flavors and textures. Definitely call ahead, as it takes 20 minutes for them to make. It's got crispy, soft pieces, cheesy pieces, and tomato saucy pieces. Whether or not they use riccota, you barely taste it. The top is crunchy, but the inside is moist. You're dipping fries in that tomato sauce. You're fighting over that last bit of tomato sauce. Recommended with some hot pepper.

They stopped putting prices on the wall recently, but they did get a new set of pizza ovens to improve turnover. Something I'm upset about is that they seemed to have ditched the falafel option. Doesn't help for my lactose intolerant friends.

There are rumors that the first pizza after passover sells for over $800 (proceeds to charity). There's also a reason Portnoy scored them an 8.2 - that was just a confirmation of what the community already knows. This is luxury pizza, some of the best. Tell your friend to snag a table with his Kippa like old times, it's...

You'll be very surprised at how superb the pizza is. The counterman/owner Judah is an orthodox Sephardi Jew who is one of the friendliest and cutest guys in Brooklyn. He seems physically incapable of ever stopping smiling. The pizza chef is Italian and doesn't compromise on quality and consistency. His intensity never lets up for a second. He's so obsessed with every aspect of quality that you'll often see him wiping down the tables himself. The crusts are lightly fried and the sauces are piquant and satisfying. The Sicilian square slices are especially recommended. There's a high school nearby so it's often jam packed with happy teenagers. We try to go outside of regular lunch hours so we can dine in peace. It's not fancy at all - it's deceptively great. In my opinion it's one of the top five kosher pizza places in the world. There's another one on the same avenue in Flatbush, one in Tel Aviv, one in Rosh Pina, and one in Rome. Pizza Time is easy to pass by but make sure to stop...
