Sutter Chicken Gyro (Sutter Ave) — Restaurant in New York

I placed an order through seamless, basically wanting 2 lunch specials but instead of fries to exchange it for onion rings. When the order came both lunch specials had fries. I called the store to tell them of the error & the gentleman acted like a complete animal over the phone, being very disrespectful & saying there was nothing he can do he's busy. I simply explained to him that this was not what I wanted. He didn't care & simple said he is not changing the order & hung up. I then proceeded to call customer service through seamless where they also contacted the store, the representative was gone quite some time but can back & to no avail they told her the same thing. I'm just confused because if it was a change in the pricing this is why you have the customers # let alone the # to the seamless customer service number to get in touch with the customer before sending something the customer did not order. I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH THIS STORE EVER AGAIN THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & VERY NASTY OVER THE PHONE. I wish i could give them no stars because they dont...

they are completely disrespectful and dont know money obviously. i order something from their store , when delivery came i went down to collect my food gave him a 20 dollar bill he tells me oh its fake and took the food back and left before he left i ask a neighbour who live in the building can they verify for me if the money is real . the guy said yes and if i dont believe him to take one of his 20 dollar bills he will give me his and take mines. honestly if the money was fake would a strange exchange it out his own money. now i processed to call back to get the food i order for my kids he hangs up everytime and is very rude.

Very slow and dont care how your food is made. You cant call them ahead of time so you wont have to wait in there because they dont do pick up orders but yet u can call for delivery. One day i order chicken rings wit fries they took over 30 mins to make it like the people that came in after me got they food b4 i did. Now today they wanna rush for no reason and end up giving burnt fries. Save ur time and money and just go to...
