Four Seasons Uniform — Local services in New York

I would suggest here no one go there very poor customer service don’t go here to buy anything Don’t enter here because of customer service I was there April 22 around 11Am I was going 1 uniform exchange and other one is buying I was enter there and I just ask to exchange my uniform in front Dest and I went in display side there is 1 Spanish nasty crazy worker she is so rude to me she want to me go soon she treat me like I’m is coming there for steeling she told me go go right way she did not ask me what size what kind anything she just say go I have my 5 years kid with me my kid she just touched the cloth she didn’t not mastab anything her hand is clean too if her hand is dirty I’m not bring there she don’t like kid come with costumer all day customers not coming only one may be some customers comes with their baby but if she does like this kind behavior than owner gana loose customers I was there not even 5 Minutes and looks me like Tiger Eye and she keep shaking here head to looking my kids I was so disappointed I never see like that kind the customer service if she don’t like any kids she better stay home better to not work That way I’m not...

The good thing is that you can try it on any scrubs you want, but they always carry petite pants every time I go there. I need it regular pants so I ended up not buying anything because I expected them to have my size so I can wear them the next day for work. I didn’t want to order at warehouse and expected me to pick it up in a week. Also the Spanish lady with the glasses that work there had a nasty attitude and unprofessional at the end just because I didn’t buy anything. I asked her for a business card so I can call if they have the size I needed but she refused to give me the business card because she said I have to come back in store to see if they have my size... Who she think she is to treats coustmer like that?! Well I am not wasting my time going back there again. If next time I go back there if I see her again with that nasty attitude, she ain’t going nowhere with that nasty attitude and this time I ain’t...

Overall great store. Sooo many options from brands and colors to sizing, they also offer a lot of petite versions. Sales person is very helpful and tries to find the best fit for you. Quality and quantity are available here!

*Only thing is, when it’s busy it may get crowded and there’s one fitting room. Try to go during off peak times and call ahead to ask if something is available to save some time!!! * I can understand where the negative reviews come from...not the judgments though 🤔

Pricing is extremely fair if you want to buy scrubs in person and try things on—-comparing it to online prices would be unjustified.

Location is prime for public transportation, right underneath the 7 train and across the street from the EFMR at Roosevelt Ave. Not the best to drive, although there is some meter parking around.
