Hi! Can someone from this business please respond as to what’s going on? I’ve attempted to pick up my jewelry that I dropped off 3 weeks ago in person 5x now, but your store is closed, eventhough Google says you’re open? I’ve tried calling and no one answers the phone? The man that I talked to was very nice to us and he told us it would take 2-3 days to repair. I’m really confused and would just like to pick up my jewelry, even if the repair wasn’t done. The store next store mentioned people like myself have been stopping by asking why the store is closed, so I know I’m not the only one.

UPDATE: they opened a month later, DO NOT trust this place with your valuable jewlery they ruined my son’s necklace!! Went to pick 2 necklaces, this was supposed to be simple repairs and they cut my son’s necklace by several inches and thought I wouldn’t notice, the lady in there has a terrible attitude, no apology for the whole ordeal, just bad attitude, as if I was the one who messed up!!!! All they could say was we don’t know, we will find it, come back a week later?! I come back and they did the worst repair on both necklaces, but my sons is worst, it’s ruined in 2 parts. You can clearly see where they did a Frankenstein job, when I questioned them all they could say was “I don’t know what to tell you”, it doesn’t lay flat like it did before, and I’m not sure the part attached to the link is even real, you can see where it’s not going across the way the rest of the links do it looks broken, the color looks off and now my son can’t put the charm back on the necklace (see pics), the Made in ITALY is ruined, so we know it’s not the original piece!!!! Beware! They were supposed to make my gold ring bigger. I went there 2 times. They charged me $100 and the ring still too big on my finger. Today I picked up after the second time I complained and my favorite ring is completely ruined. It's all black, scratched, looks like 5 year old kid just beat it with the hummer. Doesn't look like they add gold to make it bigger, it looks like some kind of metal. I went to Zales to clean it. They said there is nothing comes off, needs to be polished and deep in the gold again. I am so upset, my favorite piece of jewelry. I cried when I look at it. I saw lot of posts here from people who had horrible experience with this place, the owner is too old and doesn't know what he is doing. The wife is greedy and unpleasant. I went to this place with my boyfriend, who is looking for a diamond engagement ring. My boyfriend knows alot about diamonds. There is a short black haired woman that came over to show us some rings. She thought that telling us how beautiful she thought her very small selections of rings were, that was all she had to do to make a sale. My boyfriend inquired about the diamonds, size, clarity, color and she snatched the ring out of his hand, told him this is not for him, and put the ring back. I was livid. Who does she think she is to disrespect a customer that way? She claims to be In the business for 15 years, but clearly knows nothing about her merchandise. Or maybe she knows that her merchandise is garbage, and once she knew she couldn't fool us, she turned to anger and was extremely rude.
