I placed the order on 01/28/2023 and was given a ship date of 02/09/23. The date came and went with no tracking information or update on the order on the site. I called and the order was shipped the following day. I received the ring and my wife loved it, BUT we did not receive the certification certificate with the order per their site. I have called so many times and sent so many emails trying to get the paperwork. I keep getting different answers (the run around) like your receipt is your certificate, they must have forgotten it in production they are going to send a note to them to have it found and shipped, I have to send the ring back for a 3-4 week turn around to get the certification certificate, now they have stopped answering my calls and emails.

I will not buy anything from them again! The ring is beautiful and my wife loves it, but they have ZERO customer service!!!!

Update: I received an email on February 28th with a tracking number from GB stating they found the certification certificate and shipped it OVERNIGHT signature required, I was at work when I received the email and had no time to make sure I could get home to sign for it, or find someone to do so. I ended up trying to drive home before the delivery was made and just missed the driver. I had to have it left at a different location for pickup the following day. This all goes back to no communication on the GB teams part!

I found my dream ring at Grown Brilliance, and I owe it all to Tania Sado. Originally, it wasn’t even the shape that I was considering, but Tania suggested it and I fell in love the second I put it on. Tania said in that moment it was the ring for me. We did run into some trouble after the fraud department erroneously flagged the purchase and canceled it. But Tania worked with my fiancé for two days straight (she was supposed to be off) to make sure the order would go through. Tania fought for us to get this ring, and made sure that customer service approved the order. Booked an appointment with Morgan and from the second I walked in, she could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Answered every single one of our questions (I went in with an entire “ring squad” to make sure I had enough emotional support for this big moment in my life) and she gave us the honest answers that I was looking for.
