Biarritz Bakery — Restaurant in New York

I knew I should have trusted myself and have stop coming to this place when I came in to order my usual like 3 months ago. I was the only one in there waiting patiently. As soon as a Spanish speaking lady came in, the lady stopped “cleaning”. And started talking to her. So I walked out. But me trying to take the higher rode, I said to myself, not to let that one lady affect how I feel about the store. (Stupid me. Support your own like they do)

Fast forward to yesterday… I got my usual, my cake and donut and when I came home to eat it, IT TASTED EXPIRED and HARD. EVEN THE SPRINKLES LOOKED OLD. When I called, one of the ladies wants to act like she doesn’t understand and kept saying “no” or “we closing soon”. I tried calling today and no answer. I feel like that’s on purpose.

I feel bad bc it’s one who I believe, is nice and never been rude. She even knows my orders. But one, two bad apples can...

One of the worse bakeries I have ever been to. On 3 separate occasions..yes I said 3. I gave them 3 chances. First was strawberry cheesecake with mold I was to far to bring back by the time I opened it up. Second was a butter roll that was hard as hell. I asked if there was any softer bread and she said that was the softest. Third time was a stale bagel with cream cheese and jelly. Oh and I saw a roach crawling my last disappointing visit. Please people stop selling old breads and cakes. Took me 3 times to get frustrated enough to write this....

This bakery HAD the best soups and foods before they fired their cook. The older lady that used to cook there was the BEST! My kids and myself had been eating there for the past 15 years. Now the soup looks like dirty water. You can tell by looking at the food the cook isn't the same. The mangu used to be good when an actual Dominican made it. Now its Yuk! I'm sad the food isn't the same, I hope they can survive on bread alone because it's just a matter of time before they won't...
