After years of getting my nails done at one place, I am so so happy I found heavenly nails! The nail techs are very nice & made me feel like I can ask them to change something. As someone with major anxiety I hate confrontation so if something’s wrong I won’t say it, but the ladies here made sure I knew it was okay to let them know if anything was wrong. & it’s a very calm & relaxing atmosphere, you can truly lay back & relax, it was the most calming nail experience I’ve had. I cannot rave about this place enough, this was my first time coming here & it WONT be my last, this place is amazing. & not only that but I work in a kitchen where my hands are almost always wet or in water (I clean) & these nails held up so well with soaking underwater for over 4 hours. I was recommended by someone to come here but I don’t think I’ll be back unfortunately. I got a gel manicure here and initially all started good. I needed one gel tip for my pointer finger bc the nail broke. While the technician was shaping the nail she was using a coarse filer and was a little aggressive as well in the filing/shaping and cut my cuticle underneath, was bleeding enough that needed the anti-bleed serum. Additionally the gel polish is all over my fingers. Gloves were not being worn. I was proceeded to be charged for the gel tip for the one finger even though I was cut and bleeding from it? I have had a really nice experience here both times I've gone. I made an appointment and they have taken care of us right on time (A++) I used to be a former client of Steinway nails also so I wanted to give the new owners a chance. I like the location because it is upstairs and tucked away. The chairs are far away enough from each other that you feel like you have some privacy getting your mani/pedi. The nail technicians are efficient, clean, and have a nice firm hand with the massages. Both times I have gotten gel manicures and I have been really happy with the results and duration of the manicures.
