Hello Beauty (B & L Cosmetics) — Local services in New York

I went to this store on the advise of my hairdresser to seek out some non-chemical coloring. In route to this store, I lost an ear bud and the Owner and clerk were so very nice, assisting me, in search of it. The Owner (Jesus) looked meticulously throughout his store. I had back tracked my steps on to Roosevelt Avenue where my hair salon was but NOTHING. I was disappointed as those ear buds were a gift, seldom using them outdoors. After purchasing what I needed plus some additional items I chalked this adventure up as a lesson learned.

FAST FORWARD, one month and a half later I returned to this establishment to purchase items and as I'm looking down the aisle, Jesus approaches me and asked, "Is this yours" ..

I yelled out, "thank you Lord" gave him a big hug and kiss on the cheek, hugging him and smiling he says, "After you left the store, later that evening while I was sweeping underneath the counter - there it was" ..so very happy honesty is still in vogue!

I recommend this establishment for great hair brushes & combs.

The clerk and Owner are *Super helpful,...

I am a loyal member until today. I got followed around because they thought I would steal smh. This young Spanish guy that i never seen before, said he was doing his job. But Clearly not a good one to make me and my child feel uncomfortable. Customer are to feel welcome because it's our money that keep your establishment running. Bad experience on my bday. I will be complaining to management. Won't return...
