The worst place to be at Dr Israel office .He is so unprofessional and just gave appointment and don’t take patients on time like its joke. So unprofessional . No respect for other people time. And the main thing is his front desk workers whose location is at 53-14 roosevelt ave for actual procedure. The front desk worker is so rude like after waiting for an 1 hour we asked front desk people how long we have to wait, they say straight up for 2,3 hour when we have scheduled appointment time. We asked why that long the front desk people just said talk to the doctor when you meet like you joking. So rude. His staff was personable, knowledgeable, caring to a fault..l was so ashamed of my past drug use that l put off getting help for Help.. Friends could not believe that I would think that..finally met him and was shown such compassion plus went all the way to help me get best treatment In shortest time...all personnel in sync..l am happily Hep C free n am greeted w a warm hug n kiss when l see any of office staff in neighborhood.I am poor yet feel l couldn't have gotten better care if l was rich. Mi wife went to have an endoscopy, and her appointment was at 11am and she was called around 4pm. The worst service ever. Then when she called in to get her results, they said it was mandatory to have an appointment to be able to pick them up. The day of the appointment she was charged again $ 50 to pick up the results. Her appointment was at 11:30 and around 12:30 she asked for the reason of the wait. The answer was that the horrible doctor was having lunch and she had to wait.
