Oh I can't wait to describe my experience .... I will NEVER EVER use this parking garage again. I got a parking pass on parkingwhiz for 25$ for 11pm to 11am last night / this am. At 10am this morning I bought another pass for 1030am to 1030pm I thought I would be good. At like 5pm I went to my vehicle to get my stroller ... They tried to charge me 7$ ... For what? They couldn't tell me they didn't know. The guy at the booth got pissy and kept shrugging his shoulders saying idk idk acting huffy. His response "cause idk you just have to pay is why idk you just have to pay idk" I paid and contacted parkwhiz they refunded the 7$ I should have gotten my van out then I knew it but I already had the other parking pass so I thought I would be fine . At 945 I came to get my vehicle and gave the same joker my ticket who I had issue with earlier and he just took the ticket ripped it and said nothing just looked at me like he hated my guts or something I'm like "so we're good were done?" He said " no u gotta pay 57$" for WHAT!?? I had a parking pass remember ?! "Well fine let me see it then huh let me see the pass " .. I showed him the pass ... Again and he typed it in and said you can't use it... It's been used already. What the.. How can it be used when I still have 30 mins left before it expires?! Then he starts his shrugging shoulders huffing idk idk crap and says the same thing he said earlier I said hell no I'm not paying I had a pass from 11pm to 11am then another from 1030 am to 1030 pm tonight I paid for the passes I ain't paying anything else. He said okay and called the next person forward. I went and tracked down the manager who was nice enough but didn't speak much English long story short I had to pay 25$ to this garage and now I gotta call parkingwhiz to get my parking pass refunded cause that guy at the counter see picture closed out the wrong parking pass!! He is the perfect combo of ignorant and an a hole. Because of him I will not be coming back and id advise everyone...

DON'T EVER USE THIS PARKING GARAGE. I purchased a spot on Parkwhiz. Once you complete the purchase, they are obligated to hold the spot for you. I arrived at the garage, and a man standing in front pointed his finger to move the car up in the line, or what I believed at the time to be the line. My friends and I got out of the car, unpacked it, and i went to speak with the man. I asked him if I was supposed to check in with him or if there was another person. With actually no facial expressions, he explained to me that the garage was full. I said I understand but I have a reservation so I should be fine. He turned his face away from me and said no it is full. At this point, I asked about my parking pass. His only reply to me was "I guess try to get your money back." There was no explanation, no reason, nothing given other than the garage is full and call "the guy" that you bought it from and try to get your money back. I called Parkwhiz, and they refunded my money. They attempted to help me find another parking spot. However, by this point, I'd already wasted almost an hour out of my day trying to find a solution to the parking problem. Avoid parking at this place - I was visiting the city for just a few hours and therefore didn't want to park too far away to not waste time walking to and from especially during the chilly weather. Before leaving my car with them (because they are the ones to park your car), I made sure to ask how much it'd be for 4-5 hrs. and the guy in charge of parking the cars told be it would be $28. The price seemed somewhat reasonable (being walking distance from Time Square) and left my car; well I walked around for almost exactly 3 hrs. and decided to leave earlier than expected. I went back to pick up my car and was charged $70... when I explained what the guy that parked my car initially told me the price would be, the other guy at the kiosk emphasized that I was given the price for 4-5 hrs. but because I returned before the 4 hrs. they had to charge me $70... He did tell me I could come back when it was closer to after the 4 hrs. and they would charge me the $28, however I had nothing else to do and had somewhere else to be as well, so if I could leave a bit earlier the better.
